ITD held a virtual seminar on the Key Findings of UNCTAD World Investment Report (WIR) 2022

On July 27, 2022, International Institute for Trade and Development (ITD) in cooperation with the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) will organized the International Seminar on “The Key Findings of UNCTAD World Investment Report (WIR) 2022: Investment Trends and Investment Policy Developments in Recovery from the COVID-19 Pandemic” online Webex platform. The opening remarks was presided by Mr. Manu Sithiprasasana, Executive Director of the International Institute for Trade and Development . Honorably, the seminar was welcomed by Mr. Richard Bolwijn Head, Investment Research Branch Division on Investment and Enterprise, UNCTAD .

The seminar was divided into 2 sessions, Overview of the WIR 2022 Report was presided by Mr. Richard Bolwijn Head, Investment Research Branch Division on Investment and Enterprise, UNCTAD. In the second session of the seminar ,Panel Discussion: Investment trends in recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic in the region (SDGs, climate change, International tax reforms and sustainable finance) was discussed by Mr. Manu Sithiprasasana, Executive Director of the International Institute for Trade and Development and Mr. Richard Bolwijn Head, Investment Research Branch Division on Investment and Enterprise, UNCTAD together with H.E. NUT-UN Voanra, Deputy Secretary General, Cambodian Investment Board, Council for the Development of Cambodia exchanged views on the UNCTAD World Investment Report (WIR) 2022:Investment trends in recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic in the region (SDGs, climate change, International tax reforms and sustainable finance).
