On June 27, 2022, Trade Competition Commission (TCCT) in the partnership with the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) and the Economic And Social Commission For Asia And The Pacific (ESCAP), cohosted the Contribution of Competition Policy to the Resurgence of MSMEs post-COVID-19 at the VIE Hotel, in Bangkok, Thailand.

The conference participants were discussed the recent work conducted in the UN System on MSMEs and competition policy and the influence of digital platforms on MSMEs, Mr. Manu Sithiprasasana, Executive Director of International Institute for Trade and Development, was invited to be a panelist together withMembers States’ Government representatives, MSME institutions, competition authorities, representatives of chambers of commerce and other civil society institutions concerned with MSMEs, and MSME representatives.
