The 20th ICDEC-IAAS International Conference on Development and Regional Cooperation under the theme of “Regional Connectivity and the Sustainable Development Goals” co-hosted by International Association for Area Studies (IAAS), Korea Myanmar Research Association (KOMYRA), Chiang Mai University ,and the International Institute for Trade and Development (ITD), focuses on the relationship between regional connectivity and achieving sustainable development goals. Mr. Suphakit Chareonkul, Deputy Executive Director of ITD, also joined the event virtually and delivered a keynote speech on the role of regional connectivity in the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS). The conference aims to foster collaboration and explore innovative approaches to maximize the benefits of connectivity for SDG attainment.”
