On May 8, 2024, the International Institute for Trade and Development (ITD) hosted a seminar focused on innovation in micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and their access to funding for innovation.

Session 6: Innovation in MSMEs (Breakout Room)

Participants learned and applied methodologies and techniques for incorporating renewable energy options in MSMEs. They also had the opportunity to share projects and practice the skills they learned under the guidance of Dr. Chandhit Sawangnate, an expert at ITD.

Session 6.5: Circular Economy and SDG Acceleration

Ms. Sirikan Prasertying, Director of International Cooperation at the International Institute, and Mr. Wimon Punkong, Deputy Executive Director (Academic) at ITD, led this session. They focused on the integration of circular economy principles and the acceleration of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
