On August 4, 2023, the International Institute for Trade and Development (Public Organization) or ITD organized research and academic meeting with the representatives from the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in The Kingdom of Thailand at International Institute for Trade and Development (ITD), 8th Floor Vidhayabhathana Building, Chulalongkorn University.

The meeting addressed relating issues on the integration and liberalization of trade and investment between China and Thailand, China and ASEAN. Key attendees included Ms. WANG Sisi, Second Secretary of the Economic and Commercial Office, and Ms. LI Hang, Third Secretary of the Political Division, representing the Chinese Embassy.

The ITD delegation was led by Mr. Suphakit Chareonkul, Deputy Executive Director (Academic), and comprised with other prominent members, including Ms. Sirikan Prasertying, Director of the Office of International Cooperation; Mr. Wimon Punkong, Director of the Office of Research Development and Promotion and staff from ITD were also present during the meeting.
