On March 5, 2025, Mr. Suphakit Chareonkul, Executive Director, and Mr. Wimon Punkong, Deputy Executive Director (Academic) of the International Institute for Trade and Development (Public Organization) – ITD, joined Mr. Montri Mahaplerkpong, Chairman of the Thailand International Chamber of Commerce (ICC Thailand), along with the Executive Board Members and Mr. Viboon Supakarapongkul, Vice Chairman of ICC Thailand, in signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). This agreement marks the beginning of a project focused on development and future collaboration between the two organizations.

Additionally, Mr. Suphakit Chareonkul and Mr. Wimon Punkong delivered a lecture on “The Impact of Trump’s Policies on Border Trade and ASEAN Trade,” providing insights into the potential effects of U.S. policies on regional commerce.
